A.R.C.H. Inc. (Advocates Revitalizing Community Health, Inc.) is a nonprofit organization committed to strengthening communities through education, advocacy, outreach, and resource navigation. We partner with individuals, families, local organizations, and businesses to improve access to essential services and create opportunities that empower people to thrive.
My name is Roseleine Coffy, founder and CEO of A.R.C.H. Inc. With a background in social work and many years of experience in case management and community outreach, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and connect with the resources they need.
Throughout my work, I witnessed how many people struggle simply because they are unaware of the services available to them or face barriers that prevent them from accessing support. I founded A.R.C.H. Inc. because I believe that every person deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
My passion is simple: to serve others with compassion, dignity, and respect. Through advocacy, education, resource navigation, and community partnerships, our mission is to empower individuals, strengthen families, and build healthier communities.
